The lush greenery of the secluded outdoor space served as a major source of inspiration for the home’s overall design. The garden’s relaxed, California cool vibe, achieved by the natural textures and colors of the landscaping paired with the graphic shapes in the pool’s waterline tile, is mirrored in the interior. The leafy green exterior seen through the living room’s oversize picture window is reflected in the custom-designed fireplace surround covered in a verdant Porter Teleo hand-painted wallpaper. The property’s fluid design takes full advantage of Los Angeles’s year-round sunshine that is so optimal for indoor/outdoor living.
